Hesitation problem resolved

I have been trying to nail down this issue for the past couple of weeks. My car would run fine and then all of a sudden just fall on its face while accelerating. I thought for the first 2 or so weeks it was pulling timing and then did about a dozen boost leak tests with no negative results. Well this weekend I pulled the plugs and noticed that cyl.#2 and 3 plugs were black and nasty and that #1 and 4 were a nice tan color. Turns out that the clip in the plug boot got pushed up further inside and wasn't even touching the plug. Well I went to the shop and picked up a set of NGK wires and when I went to put them on I noticed if you don't get the clip over the plug and push down it will push the clip up into the boot causing the same problem that I had with the stock wires. Well got them on there to where you could hear them click and took it out for a drive. Day and night difference the hesitation is gone and it runs perfect. I just wanted to let everyone know what my problem was because I have seen a bunch of hesitation problems in the forums.

alot of people dont realise how important spark plugs can be. i was at my local shop watching a 1g talon with a GT35R getting tuned and they couldnt get it to run right. it would boost past 20psi and was hesitating on the dyno. they changed the plugs and proceeded to dyno tune it to 500whp!
