Hey i am wondering if i install a HKS SSQ BOV and i am running 10psi will it be heard while driving and revving?

You will hear it when the valve releases. Which is to say, anytime you have been in boost and then the intake manifold sees vacuum. So yes, revving and shifting.

However, I sincerely hope you will be recirculating your BOV if you are on the stock MAF system.
