Ok here is my set up on my 2g: ported EvoIII Big 16G, ported EvoIII O2 housing, walbro 255lph HP, 550cc injectors, Fuel Lab fpr, ss fuel lines, HRC big smic, coollingmist dual nozzle meth/watter injection, 3' downpipe, manual boost controller, arp's , commetic, Dejon hard pipes all around... I didn't have money left for a DSM link, but I thought the AFC NEO would be enough for this set up, I believe is under 350HP and I don't have any big HP plans for this car, it's a daily driver, and gas prices are crazy these days... but then I found out that you can only save one map setting... WTF... I wanna have a 15 / 22 psi on my boost controller, but I gotta have 2 different settings since is all gonna change w/ added boost... So what should I do? Does anyone has AFC NEO and run 2 different boost settings? Any help would be appreciated

I'm not sure how much help i'll be but i'll throw this out there. I've got the AFC Neo, but i've yet to tune with it. As far as i know it only holds 1 map, But i'm 95% sure that the S-AFC II holds 2 maps. I could possibly be wrong! Hold out and buy the dsmlink. I wish i could but the neo was a b-day present and i'm not returning it...(very special). Anyways If your gonna build your car do it right the first time. save the cash Anyone will tell you the link is worth the money!

Yeah, DSM link is the way to go... it's just I've spent so much on this car, I don't have big plans for it like big injector or turbo... I found the AFC NEO at $280 brand new... I just didn't think it would give me only one map setting option... :( it's kind of dissapointing

1 map for NEO, 2 maps for safc 2, 12 points of correction on the safc 2, 16 on the neo, thats the only differences I know of.

Do you already have an eprom ecu? I know its a 95, so if it is an eprom i would say you should just get a chip from dsmchips.com. The stage 3 is $150 and has alot af features.

Unsocketed would refer to the eprom being soldered to the board, whereas socketed would imply a socket soldered to the board and the eprom simply plugged into the socket.
