Unused wire harness.. this isnt right?

I have a missing connection its near the intake but i cant find where it goes.

The car is modified so it could have been bypassed but the car turns over but does not run problem so i am trying to connect any possible unconnected wires.

as for these little guys below. i cant find where they connect to either but they have been disconnected for a long time well before the cars stopped working, but just wondering if these may have an impact on anything

The top plug kind of looks like your o2 sensor plug.

The bottom two deal with the fuel pump test connector (definitely the blue one, but it kind of looks like the black one as well).

Here is another picture of that wire and here is the wire i have o2 connected into. I think the picture shows the color of connecting wires.

I am trying to read the repair manual but the pics and diagrams are not very descriptive. Is there a website that could give me a more detailed virtual tour of the electrical?
