first how much and what kind of fluid should i put in my trans its awd

second what can i block off from egr

No need to block off your egr, you won't gain anything from doing that. For tranny fluid use Bg syncro shift 2.

If you do block off your EGR (some people do it for looks) you run the risk of throwing a CEL depending on how you do it. Otherwise the EGR valve does not hurt your performance in any way in that it only comes on at part throttle if you are racing or just doing a hard pull on the street it stays closed and does nothing.

BG Synchroshift II is a full synthetic manual transmission fluid. It's about the best thing around for a smooth shifting trans.

As for the EGR, like stated above it does nothing for performance to remove it, but it will just eliminate that much more that can cause problems down the road. It also makes the engine compartment a lot cleaner without the EGR valve and related emissions.
