I am very new to the forced induction world as well with DSMs.
I want to run a Evo big 16 but have no clue what size injectors are going to be needed for this. I am only looking to run 16-18 psi. I do already have the fuel system and management system ready to install but need the advise on injectors. Any help and advise will be greatly appreciated.

The kind of engine management you have will help in telling you what size of injectors. If you have injector compensation I would say 850-1200cc injectors, 850's if you plan on only pump gas and larger if you plan on e85 one day.

If you dont have compensation I would say 650's would be perfect.

What fuel management will you be using? A good rule is to get as big of injectors as you can that your fuel management system can handle.

850's, 1000's???!?!?!?!?
REALLY?
By the sounds of it, sounds like he is planing on running just the 16G turbo and for that turbo i would use 550's or 660's at the biggest. Injectors are easy to swap out if he upgrades down the road and the 16g should come no where near maxing out his IDC on 660's. I ran 550's on a ported big 16G but i did have a high IDC so i would go with something close to a 660 or 680.

i wouldl also say get a wideband. i got for free 550s or so i am told thats what they are. but i ran 25psi on my 16 and still had plenty of fuel let over but 650s should be plenty of fuel for the 16g
