I Hear people can run a b16g with stock injectors, so i slapped in my stock injecotrs ( dont have enough money yet for a SAFC Neo or DSMLink) try to run it. It boost really fast ( i like that part) then when i shift to second and start boosting it detonates. Do you think the set boost on the wastegate may be too high?

Do you have a real boost gauge in the car? If not, absolutely get one. A big 16G flows alot more than your stock T25 did. Even if both turbos are making the same boost, the big 16G is actually flowing more air. What are you using to moniter your engine? A logger is very recommended. Also, have you rewired your stock fuel pump yet?

I HAVE A 255 Walboro fuel but its not rewired i think ...
I have a Aftermarket boost gauge but i think i should hook it back up.
I have a AEM Standalone ECU but that mess is way too confusing so im trying to sell it to get a DSMLink. Done a boost look and im not leaking anywhere and for exhaust leak ill check on that tommorow

First, get an FPR for your Wally 255 and install it. Set the base fuel pressure to 43.5 psi.

Second, the wastegate pressure of the big 16G should be about 8.5-9.5 psi. I know because that is what mine is. And I also know on mine at 9 psi my stock 450's are running at 75% IDC. While this is actually a correlation to CFM and not boost, this should at least give you an indication that at the higher boost levels your injectors are most likely in static flow mode (.i.e 85-90+% IDC)... and potentially over running.

I would start by checking that your wastegate is functioning properly and is opening somewhere around 8.5-9.5 psi.

Hook up your boost gauge... it is very beneficial to know if you are boost creaping.

If after the wastegate test (assuming it comes back ok), then I would seriously consider dropping the O2 housing and turbo and porting the heck out of the wastegate dump path from the exhaust manifold down.

It sounds like you are creaping and this is causing you run dangeriously lean. What kind of exhaust do you have? Stock?

Yah, sounds like you need a mbc and a boost guage. Set it to stock boost, 9-12psi, and you'll be just fine untill you get dsm link. I have a 16g on mine and when it was still running at idle my egt's were 850-900 at idle and 1300 at WOT, min knock. So thats what i would get going on.

I have a greddy profec B boost controller thAT I can hook up. or would Manual work better?

Either one works fine, but the EBC will allow you to change the boost from inside the cab and you will know how much boost you are running instead of twisting and watching your gauge when driving.

Agreed, sorry i should have said mbc or ebc. But i agree that the ebc would be better becuase you could just get in and change it on the fly. I did want to mention that those temps were when I was running at 12psi. Now if i would have known better i would have left it at 10psi and ran cooler and more efficient.

FYI... boost controllers can only increase boost not decrease it. You cannot lower boost levels lower than the wastegate pressure. And if I read your post correctly, you are running a vac line directly into the wastegate (either a T on the BOV line or directly from a nipple on the IC pipes). A boost controller will do you no good, as you are already at the lowest possible boost level.

And with the wastegate pressure your still creaping... so the boost controller will do you no good.

Fair enough, I was thinking about adding in the fact that he should do some porting on his o2 housing but I think it may be possibly a little ahead of his level. But i guess he could just remove it and take it to a competant spped shop and get them to port it out a centimeter or 2.
