DSMLink on handheld pc?

I poked around for a bit but couldn't find the specific answer to my question

Can DSMLink be run on a handheld computer such as:
NEC MobilePro 900c Small Compact Laptop - Wireless - eBay (item 290221257665 end time Apr-13-08 15:56:50 PDT)

I'm not sure what the exact specifications are for DSMLink but I am pretty sure I read somewhere that DSMLink requires 266Mhz processor speed and 32mb of ram? Regardless of those specifications will DSMLink run on Windows CE.NET 4.2 OS?

I think these laptops are pretty cheap and would fit in the glove box real nicely for tuning at any time like at the track etc.

DSMLink does not run on Windows CE natively. It is based on JAVA language, so it is probably able to be ported somewhat easily by a programmer to any OS that can utilize JAVA. But one thing to remember is that CE is a slow operating system, comparing to a PC, and JAVA also uses alot of memory anyways by itself. You may also ask your question on the DSMLink forums, if you have access to them. Tom Dorris and Dave Mertz wrote DSMLink and are very active on those forums, so they could ultimately answer your questions directly.

Thanks, I do have access to the DSMLink forums but I figured this definitely qualifies as a newbie question. I guess I will repost this in the DSMLink forum to see if anyone else has tried this or can give me some tips on how hard it would be to get it to run on that OS/Cpu.
