The threads I've seen on idle hunting don't seem to describe my problem exactly.

It hunts in park or neutral when warm, only UP, from 1100 - 1300. Yes, it is an auto.
The exhaust completely cuts out for a split second, then it starts over from 1100 again. Put a timing light on the plug wires, and it stays lit through the entire process, so ignition is ruled out. It is not cutting the ignition out.
It must be cutting fuel somehow, and I'm trying to get a noid light to put on each injector.
It is also electrical. Any electrical load will stop it, i.e. putting my foot on the brake.
I have checked a few grounds, but don't know where all of them are yet. I have ALLDATA, so I will look to see if it shows anything.
We think the car recently had been jumped with the cables backward, or battery installed backward. Just before I bought it, they had installed an ECU just to get it to start. Many electrical engine management parts are new, like the cam angle sensor, MAF, plugs, wires, and a used fuel pump. The old fuel pump was still laying in the rear of the car. The replacement pump was not bolted in. Just laying in there. The fuel gauge sender on both pumps does not work. It only grounds when fully in the up position.
I sprayed TB cleaner around the TB area, and in the DISS hole while running to see if it changed, and it did not.
Thanks for any help.

Sounds like classic idle surge to me. Have you checked for boost leaks? Other than that I'd have to point the finger at the FIAV again.

Had a similar problem after short block was replaced by a shop (no toys here to do that myself.)
Turned out to be incorrect vacuum hose routing - lower hoses into the fuel pressure and purge solenoids had been reversed.
