Well, in theory, you COULD feed the thing 35 psi...

Will it be reliable? HECK NO.

I believe that safe would be nothing more than 12-13. However you should be ok as long as you don't go over 16, stock 2g's fuel system cant keep up with anything above that. Also the t-25 is a weak turbo (on my car right now) and even when you up the boost, you really don't notice much of an increase in power. Supposedly by just swapping up to a 14b even, if not bigger, you will notice big gains at the same rpms. Hopefully that will help

The stock boost level controlled by the BCS is around 12-13 psi. Removing the restrictor will net you about another 1-2 psi. Good luck holding that anywhere past 5K or so because the T25 is weaksauce. Anything past 16-17 psi is useless anyways because its out of its efficiency range and blowing hot air..

The T25s limits are reached in short order. If you want to go faster its time to start looking at 14Bs 16Gs or one of the other 2 million turbo choices there are out there.

I see we have some info that isn't correct. No matter what you do, DO NOT raise boost without the proper supporting mods. You should be able to stay safe though with the Stage Zero Mods. More Air means you will need more fuel. But before you even get into fuel, you need to have a logger to monitor things. A logger in the Stage list isn't until later on, but it is always good to have it as early as possible.

For reference, this should be the order of mods:
2G Upgrade Path

*The only thing I would change is that a FMIC or a MKIV SMIC should go right before a Turbo. The stock SMIC can hardly take abuse from the stock T-25*

Other then that, by the other post you have written, you are well on your way through the Stage 1 mods. Just please fill out your profile so we all know what you have already.

I'm really getting tired of these kinds of posts. It's damn near bench-racing, as we have NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT IS "SAFE" for YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!

Get a logger and find out what's going on. That's the only way to tell. Or you can always pick one of these random numbers that people have given you, as they are all different. 10, stock +1, 16, 20. Of course... which one of them is RIGHT?

Get a logger. Get something to tune with. Get the supporting mods. Then you won't need us to tell you how much boost to run.
