89 laser parts car what should I get

Hey guys I''m getting a tranny the shift linkages and clutch/flywheel off of a 89 laser turbo. Is there anything else I should get while I have the chance that will benefit me. I have a 91 laser turbo auto. Will the larger 450 injectors work for my car i believe i have like 350cc ones right now since its auto.

Make sure you get the ecu and fuel pressure regulator if you plan on using the 450's. Grab the turbo and manifold if its still there too.

Really i read somewhere that the ecu in that one is programmed differently than the 91 model. Not only for the injectors but there was something else in it that wasn't compatible or something.

If the ecu is like a 90? then you can mod it to work. Check http://vfaq.com/index-main.html . You need a 5spd ecu in order for the 450's to work properly.

Alright guys i think I found the link to mod the ecu but it looks like the domain isn't there any more. anyone else have any other links to it? i went to the 1000q dsm site and thats where I found it I couldn't find it in vfaq.

There are no 89 DSM's only 90 model years built in 89.

And auto injectors are 390cc/min not 350.
