I'm building a street motor and have 2 questions.
Question #1

I have a set of 880 injectors and am wondering if i should go with these or something bigger as my build did change from the initial stage when i bought those injectors.

Question #2

I have a set of new HKS 272's and a new set of BC 280's. I want to keep this car completly streetable, while gaining the most power at the same time. Opinions anyone?
Thanks,
Below are my specs on what i have done to the engine:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6 bolt 2.3 stroker- block bored, linebored, etc (All engine internals balanced to .5 gram and crankshaft knife edged)
wiesco .20 forged pistons
Eagle rods
ARP main, rod, head studs
balance shaft elimination kit
Stage 3 head job with 3mm lash adjusters, SI double valve springs
new oil pump assembly
cometic head gasket
magnus intake
1g throttle body ported to 65
new FP exhaust manifold coated
new Forced Performance 3065 w/ o2 housing, 44 tial WG
3" exhaust no cat
GM MAF and translator
coil on plug setup
MSD DIS-2 with tach adapter
Race Turbonetics race FMIC with custom short route
twin Spal electric blower fans
PTE 880's
Walbro 255 with upgraded SS fuel lines
Aeromotive AFPR
Dsmlink
AEM Wideband sensor
Tial 50mm BOV
external engine oil cooler
Poly engine and trans mounts
Fidanza lightweight flywheel and ACT 2600 clutch setup
Snow performance stage 2 methanol kit
Shep stage 3 transmission

This is going to be a pump gas only car.
Thanks for any input in advance.

I would think with a mod list like that your cam and injector choice would be common knowledge. However i would talk to the people who did your head work, and see what they recommend;) Those 880's will support a good amount of power with upgraded lines and a high flow fuel rail. Your mod list looks like my wishlist

I'm running a 3052 and was told that anything less than 950s were not going to cut it if running any moderate amount of boost (24 psi+). To keep it streetable, I'd stay with 950s or a little bigger. Of course, the most sensible thing to do is try the 880s and see check the duty cycle. You might be able to save some cash if the duty cycle stays low enough.

I am lazy what size turbo.

shows a 3065.

what fuel? 93? E85?
HP Goal?

if you are looking to run 93 and 400-500hp I would stick with the 880cc. I am running a very similar set up I havent picked my manifold and turbo yet buy it will be a 3076R or a 3582R and I will be running 1600cc injectors, but I plan on running E85 so that played a major role in my injector selection. I have the BC 280's my reasoning with these are the 2.3 gulps a lot of air and I want the extra cam to let as much in as possible, IMO the 272 is a better street cam tho. Everyone has their own $0.02.

Those injectors will be fine for that turbo on pump gas. If you throw E85 into the equation then a lot of other stuff has to change along with the injectors.

You don't need to upgrade the fuel rail.

To keep the car as streetable as possible I would suggest going with the 272's versus the 280's.

the reason i am now considering other injectors is because one of my new injectors that was in the sealed box had a damaged screen and i bought them over 6 months ago so cannot return and am waiting to find out from the local shop if you can buy just 1 or have to buy set.
I did a search on the cams and i found opinions to be almost cut down the middle, but with the 2.3 many liked to go with the 280's but i want to make sure i don't go to overkill and lose streetability.

pump gas 93 and hp range- as much as safely possible. Hopefully 450AWHP+ if possible, don't want to count my chickens before they hatch, but i can wish.
