I have a 1G BOV (not crushed) on my 2G and when I come to a stop while driving or when just idle its pushing out air and when Im driving and come to a stop I hear it chirping multiple times like its being pushed open and not sealing shut. Also when under boost (15psi) I believe the pressure is pushing it open since the car acts like there is a big boost leak and the car makes a studdering sound until I let off the gas. Anyone recommend any other BOV? I was looking at the new tial and going with a blow through setup.

Do a boost leak and make sure its really leaking, it may be fine and you have a different issue. 1g bov's like to make a churping noise when vented a little. They usually never go bad and hold up to 20psi without leaking uncrushed.

I'm wondering if your vaccuum line is leaking or disconnected or maybe tee'd into an MBC and you're surging as a result. If you have a vaccuum tester, you can apply vaccuum to the nipple and see what vaccuum causes the BOV to open. I'd say that either the BOV is bad or the vaccuum signal isn't there.
