ANy 1 every weld there cracked stock exhaust manifold?? Is it even worth it? I have 2 1 has a very bad crack :sosad: the other im thinkin of welding cause it has 2 smaller cracks. Im also thinkin i should reasreching put a 2g manifold on it 2 but i need the car running asap. If its quicker just let me know. Thanks in advanced.:dsm::rocks:

You can weld the stock cast iron, but make sure not to hold the arc on for very long. Cast iron is brittle and at high temps it will just crack more but yes you can weld it. I would weld the one with the two smaller cracks it would take less time and filling than one with a big crack just make sure to weld a little at a time so you dont crack it more. good luck

thanks for your advice u guys. This is like my church now if i have a problem i pray to dsm tuners all over the us its great!!!!! :) but ya really thank u guys alot and im gonna get a guy that welds for a living to do it instead of just making things worse for my self.
