Wow, that was hard to read. Proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and all that jazz will make this a lot easier.

You asked a bunch of questions. First of all, if you want coilovers, you get coilovers. They have all the parts you need so you don't have to purchase struts. If you want the best, look into JIC or Tein. They will also be the most expensive. Just use the search button for coilovers and see what all is out there. There are some good systems for around $700 or $800. Just know that if you get a stiffer spring rate on the coilovers, your ride will be a lot more harsh. You just have to gauge your purchases on your goals with the car.

If you plan on dropping your car that much (which I'm not even sure if 3" is attainable), you'll definitely need a camber kit.

Which bushings are you talking about? Like the ES/Prothane suspension bushing kits? If so, just think about how comfortable you want your ride to be. The same with the coilovers. If you install the bushings (which is a chore in itself), it will make your ride stiffer, but more harsh. And the bushings and struts/coilovers have no relation. The bushings install into suspension arms where stock rubber bushings are currently.

Supposedly, there was a lot of R&D that went into the Megan Racing coilovers with our cars. They are priced to sell at $899. The D2 are also a good choice. The JIC's are going to be your best bet without going with something unique like what is on Flash's car.
