Im currenty installing my Bullseye Vtrim turbo and the return line has a kink in it and I was curious if this would hurt anything? I didnt know if I should cut the oil line down and try to work out the kink or if it won't hurt any.

I forgot to mention that this return line is a blue rubber return line that slowboy sells.

here's what I've got, When I installed it it was too long so I trimmed it down a little and it still is kinking like its still too long.

I ran into the same exact problem with my old return line. Although there is a difference between my 4g64 and your 4g63, I would just invest in an SS line if you can't trim the hose enough to get rid of the kink. My line only lasted me for about a month and a half before the inner rubber part tore apart and clogged my return line.

^^ Does your dyno profile thing say 116.0WHP?:D Just watch out for torque steer..

dude...dont make fun, that things a beastROFL but in all seriousness just replace the line with a thicker harder line if you cant get yours to unkink...on my 420a my return did the same thing so i cocked the fitting that goes into my oil pan on like a 45degree angle and i've han no problems:dsm:good luck

The oil return on my car was doing the same thing. I had the pushlock hose as well at first. I could not keep it from kinking. I just bought the braided stainless one from sbr and it worked. By the way I have a sbr 50 trim on my car.

Well today I finally start my car and would you know it, a darn oil leak and a lot coming from the return line AN fitting. I tried using hose clamps thinking that might fix this, but still comes out. I have the pushlock style return line from slowboy and I tried using some gasket sealer and it still leaks heavily. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

nevermind, found the leak to be at the feed line and leaking directly on top of the return line making me think that was what was leaking.
