is this part of my ac its making a buzzing noise when the car is off and kills my bat. im thinking im just going to remove it but i want to make sure its to the a/c

The black part on the top is your power steering resevoir. The part below it is for your abs - don't mess with it. I don't see the a/c evap in your picture, but it should be in front of the abs part.

im talking about the blue box with lines coming out of it

Yes thats ABS, you can remove it without too much work just need a non abs porportioning valve and non abs lines for the front, bleed the brakes and your good.

well its making a humming noise when the car is off and doesnt stop untill my bat. dies i dont know what could be up with it
