6 bolt head question

alright, im in the middle of my build. I took my head down to my machine guy and put a straight edge on it and the head was warped! so he graciously took .012 off the head and made it straight. My question is am i going to have a problem with valve clearance! i have all this money in it now and dont want to mess this thing up??? all input is really great! thanks

you can get a shim gasket to take up the extra space and at .012 no they wont hit id actully leave it
