Exactly what my topic title states, will they both work? I'm planning on boosting 18-20lbs of boost. But, I don't know if I could set the lo/thl low enough to run the car as a daily driver? I've used the " search button " and people just have mixed thoughts about it . Why am I asking, b/c I'm planning ahead before my injectors arrive.

Thanks!!!

It should work great!!!

Should be easy to tune.

I'm running 680cc/min injectors with a SAFCII right now and the thing runs awesome.

You'll have no problems running the injectors, but monitor for knock during WOT very closely as you're pulling enough airflow to drop you into some very aggressive timing maps.

I had basically the exact same setup on my car for about 6 months or so and it worked great with an Evo3 16G. The tune was by no means "maxed out" at either end (both conservative and aggressive) and still had room for adjustment. I only got rid of it in favor of DSMLink for the additional features and the fact that I wanted a larger turbo/fueling setup, but it should work great for you! Make sure you let us know how you make out. :dsm:

Just got my fic 650cc's, fuel filter, and ngk plugs. Installing them tonight and hopefully get it tuned. My injectors came w/ rubber o-rings and i was wondering if anyone had trouble using those o-rings? Wish me luck!!!

Most of the time you NEED those O-rings as the stock ones usually dry out and crack and you won't know untill you pull the old injectors and they fall apart. Make sure you use plenty of grease when installing the new ones. There pretty simple to install.

2g timing aggressive??? The most aggressive timing map on a 2g is really not aggressive at all. I know someone that was running 1000cc injectors on a safc and only hitting 19* on e85 at 25psi on a 20g with zero knock. When my 1g will hit 26* on 550's. LOL

Just finished the injector/ fuel filter/ and plug install but i lost one of the fuel rail spacers. :( I managed to locate it between the a/c bracket and the block so, I can't retrieve it w/o unbolting the bracket. Fortunately, I had some aluminum spacers and problem solved. Engine fired up and rev's some what quicker, but who knows??? I'll be driving it around to break it in and re-torque after tonight.
