i've searched the forums but i can't find anything really pertaining to my particular situation...so here goes!
i have a 420a motor w/ a t3/t4 and 8.8 pistons. 1k miles on it. basically i rewired my autometer oil pressure, pyro, boost and wideband gauges...and my oil pressure gauge is also telling me the pressure is abnormally high. the others are fine.
at a 1k idle it reads 60 psi and then as the car gets warmer it slowly goes back down to normal (20-25 psi) cruising it reads 60 and at WOT it'll hit 80-90. but i'm just wondering what would cause this...cause rewiring it shouldn't do this as it's not even related to the pressure reading and that's some crazy timing if something went wrong, which it shouldn't on a brand new motor...any ideas?
