Damn i like that video. it's to fast for somebody who don't know how to rebuild the engine. first thing we don't know what part are you going to replace.You can use some old parts just make pictures and we can told you what you shoud to be replaced.

Thats not his vid... thats a vid another kid made a long time ago. He doesnt do everything the best way, but last time I heard the engine was still together.

is your engine blown up or what do you just want to replace it get a jdm 6bolt saves money and time or pull yours and take it to a machine shop and let them do it its not a fun lets just try it out for the first time thing!

I agree if your not experinced enough to do the internal take it to a machine shop they will do all the hard stuff. When you get it back all you'll have to do is install the head all the accessories and do the timing belt. This way you don't have the nightmares of wondering "Did I do that part right".
