I am trying to find some options for fuel kits. My perfect kit would be everything needed to do a big upgrade on a totally stock system. I'd like to go with injectors, pump,AFPR,lines, gauge, rails, and hopefully a dsmlink to boot. I don't know if it'd be better to get a kit w/o the dsmlink or if there is a good kit with one. Either way, I've been looking around and at old posts. I haven't found a kit with dsmlink yet.

There are no kits like that. What lines do you think you need with the kit? You don't need an aftermarket fuel rail unless you plan on making a ton of horsepower, I don't even know where the stock rail becomes a restriction, maybe 700whp.

Here's a regulator kit

Fuel Injector Clinic: Fuel Pressure Regulator Kits

If you're planning on getting Dsmlink, get the largest injectors you can afford. I always suggest people get the 1150's from FIC.

EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - FIC 1150cc Injectors : Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99

You have a few options for the fuel pump, but most people just get a Walbro 255hp. The HP means high pressure.

You should fill out your vehicle profile. What year is your car and do you have an EPROM ecu?

They dont sell Fuel upgrade kits with DSMLink.
They come seperate ROFL
you want a fuel pump these 2 links right here
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Walbro 190 LPH with Install Kit: Mitsubishi Eclipse 95-99

you want a fuel rail you dont need it. They are for show For the horsepower you are going to be pushing unless your going really big.
This is what you are going to need injectors and pump depending on turbo and horsepower choice and goal. But most likely what you will want and all you will need:thumb:

Thanks Eagle18! I heard of that kit and I was hoping someone knew where it was. I wonder if they'd cut me a deal on that kit -the pump? I might have to get a pump asap, and get the rest of the stuff in a little while. I figured I'd get the 255 w/o the AFPR and run that for less than a month. I am looking at getting a talon with a bad pump. I just want to get it on the road for starts...

Well, I really just need to get the car driving so I can et her home, 100 miles away. Won't the lack of an AFPR just make it run rich? Worst case scenario.

I know this is cheap, but could you just wire the pump with low voltage so it didn't pump as hard? Wow, I know that sounds cheap, but again, I am trying to get something that would just get me by a while.

You do not need an AFPR with a 255lph pump. It is highly recommended that you do though. There are a few people that have run without one that didn't have any problems. So if you need to drop in a 255lph pump and don't have time, money, etc. to put in the AFPR right away, no big deal. BUT, I suggest that the AFPR be the next thing on the list after you put in the 255lph.

And don't rewire the pump to see low voltage. Rewire it to see correct voltage (as in the common fuel pump rewire mod).
