What he said *plus* don't forget to hook the vaccuum line back up to the WGA nipple.

The WGA will be bolted on the compressor side of the turbo. Go from the air filter box, past the MAS (black box with a plug), along the intake snorkel (accordion-looking part if it's stock) into the compressor inlet. The WGA will be above that and bolted to the same part. You'll have to pull the heat shield off of the exhaust manifold to get at the clip that holds the WGA arm to the lever on the turbine housing. The heat shield is that thin silver metal thing on your exhaust manifold with a picture of a hand pressed into its shape and with a few folded tabs holding a wire in them. Just pop the wire (front O2 sensor wires) out of the tabs and remove the few bolts holding that shield on. Then you'll be able to see the turbo more clearly.

The WGA will be preloaded when installed (the arm wants to extend more than it can), so after you bolt the new WGA to the compressor housing, you'll have to compress the arm into the WGA in order to get the end of the arm onto the pin on the lever.
