new to dsm; just bought a 90 awd turbo

when i got the car it ran really bad. it spit and sputtered everytime i got on the gas. i have replaced the computer, alternator, and battery since purchace. the car runs good on daily driving but bogs real bad in mid rpm. it feals like it is bein held back. the guy before me took off the by=pass hose from the BOV to the turbo and covered hole in intake tube with duck tape. i pulled tape off and went to napa for a hose. that made a little difference but not much. also, he pulled off the MAF off and now i dont have one. i have plugged a few MAF up and they all make the car act a different way ( not in a good way !) is it possible that i have just got all bad ones cause they did come from a junk yard? any help on this will be greatly appreciated. i wanna do things write!

boost leak is most likely your problem...i know its your first post and you probably didn't know what to look for but try your best to search for answers.
