From looking at the posted time slips a stock 90 tsi is about 15 to 15.5 1/4. How fast is one with the free mods listed?

Every car is different, as well as locations, air densities, driver skill, etc. It is impossible to tell what a car will run. If you really want to know, go out and run it; it is the only accurate way of knowing. I know of a completely stock Laser that ran a 14.6 and I for the life of me can't break into the 14's at all (I will eventually, but I need to fix everything first). Take it for what it's worth. It's a silly question to ask us what you might run with 'XXX' modifications with so many variables. Run it yourself and answer your own question.
