14b/T25 hyrbid question

Sorry if this has been covered before, I honestly had no idea how to even search for this.

Someone offered to give me a free 14b locally. This is what he sad.

"I have a 14b but it has no exhaust housing. Its just the intake side. You can have it. It just needs to be cleaned out (taken apart and cleaned) Let me know if you want it"

Now my question is, could I take my exhaust housing off my T25, and put it on the 14B? Would I need to replace any seals in the exhaust housing or anything? Cause I'm almost 100% sure my T-25 is blown.

No. You cannot put the 2G T25 hotside on the 14b. The T25 is a Garrett turbo and the hotside attaches to the center section with bolts. The 14b uses a clamp. There is no way it'll work. Just buy another blown 14b with a hotside (6cm) on it that isn't cracked too bad. You can get blown 16gs' too and a 7cm hotside is much better.

Haha I think you're being overly optimistic . A DSM at 100% is like Britney Spears being 100% sober; shit's just not gonna happen ahaha. I had to say it. Good luck with that though it'll probably be a 1st if you do succeed.
