Ihave been asking questions about 4g64 engines lately. well i finally bought an 98 n/t spyder with a blown up 4g64 engine. Well i went ahead and pulled an 4g64 out of a 98 galant before i even had the chance to see under the hood of the eclipse spyder well i now have an 4g64 galant engine and an 4g64 eclipse engine (blown up) but to my surprise when i opened the hood i found trhat the transmission is on the opposite side of the car and everything else is also 180 degrees. I need to know if at least the block might bolt up b/c the eclipse block has a hole in the side of it and the head might be good any info on compatibility will be very helpful WTF
