Where did the boost leak tester tech article go?

I searched and searched and I cant find the old tech article on how to make a boost leak tester with a gauge! I made one years ago and it was the 1 man deal with the gauge attached right there where you connect it to the turbo. Cost like 20 bucks or something. Home depo or something?

Can someone point me in the right direction?

The one article is there but its the one with out the gauge. There is not boost gauge in the car that I am working on at the moment.
