im geting a 97 gst coupe. what type of engine and stuff dos it have. 14b, T25, 16g, etc.?

what is better 7 or 6 bolt. what does that mean and whats he differnce?

6 bolt and 7 bolt refers to the number of bolts that secure the flywheel/flexplate to the crank. The greatest reason why the 6 bolt engine is generally preferred among DSMer's is that occurrences of crankwalk are nearly nil, relative to the 7 bolt engines. There are many internal differences between the 6 bolt and the 7 bolt motors as well.
