clutch problem

well i just swapped tranny's and my clutch wont disingage. I changed the slave cylinder and the is in the right way. Im not sure what causing this. Its a act clutch and fly wheel. And yes it has been used before.

Did you replace your shifter fork and fulcrum ball? That may be a reason. Also, another cause may be that you didn't bleed your clutch line properly.
