I was told all 97+ DSMs came with double syncros. And I was told a long time ago it was only 99s. Can someone clear this up for me.

Actually, according to CAPS it's all all wheel drive trannies from 93 up that have double cone synchros. Not sure about front wheel drive trannies as I haven't looked into that.
