need info on balance shaft eliminator!!!

i have a 2g talon that im putting a 6 bolt in. my balance shaft was seized up so i bought the eliminator kit and i wanna know exactly how to go about this what all i need and what i have to do. and also a big question is after its all done right and running exactly how much vibration am i goin to experience and what does it feel like. i appreciate all the help, thanks.

The JNZ kit is the most complete in my view with the oil pump gasket included in the kit.

i had the b/s removed in my 2.3 stroker motor and had everything balanced. theres not that much vibration i have noticed. the only vibration i really noticed is when i have the a/c on while sitting at a stop light.

With my balance shafts removed I get a little vibration when im idling under a grand anything above that is fine.
