Shaft leak?

My car runs better now, but when I give it gas from idle, the car stalls for a split second, then rev's like normal. I know my throttle body shaft seals are leaking, because I can hear it when I leak test. Is my car stalling like this because of the seal?

If you could get a video of the stutter that would help.

How are your plugs and wires?

Checked my plugs the other day they're fine, my wires were replaced 2k miles ago.

Stutter can be a result of a lot of stuff. I know you just got the car, but start with the basics. Do a compression test and then do a boost leak test. Then verify your base ignition timing. Feel free to PM me if you need anything bro
