I tried looking, but couldn't really find a definate answer. Will a cat back that fits a 2g (n/t i'm pretty sure) fit on my 1g n/t fwd? will the bends and lengths of the pipes match up? i know someone that is selling a whole 2g without a motor for 500 bucks with some other bolt on stuff on there as well, so i might get a good deal on it if he would be willing to sell the exhaust by itself. i'll try to get more details about it if that would help. hope to hear back from someone. thanks.

Very different bends and placement.
You may be able to work somthin out with a muffler shop to swap you for it.
Always craigslist.

Like Cobra said, you may be able to work something out with a muffler shop. Or, you may be able to just by the Cat-Back off of the seller, take it to the muffler shop, get them to cut off the mufler, and get them to just do the exhaust with your muffler(much cheaper than buying from them)

One of my buddies did this, and he was very happy with difference in price and was still quality :thumb:

so just replace the pipe(s) between the cat and muffler? i thought those bends were the issue. would i not be able to use the muffler from the 2g cat back? why not? i'm just not quite sure what crazym was saying. could some one post pictures or something of the set ups and what's all included with a cat back.....or would just switching the muffler make much difference in hp and sound? if so, what is a good brand that doesn't sound too deep or too ricey? thanks.
