Im in the middle of my 14b swap, and I ran into one of those "I better make sure..." parts.

Does it matter what side is coolant intake and what side is outlet? because the old inlet side will match up perfect with the old outlet side and vice versa.

Thanks for the help.

This one is easy man. Just think about gravity and what it does. Also which way the water pump pushes the coolant through your motor. I would say go through the top with the inlet and bottom with outlet.

Well yea, but the ports on the 14b on on either side, not up or down. thats why I ask.

I assume id doesnt matter but I just wanted to make sure theres not some sort of one way gate inside or something retarded... I never know with these cars...

The coolant line from the coolant pipe on the front of the block goes to the port on the front of the turbo. (The u shaped line)

So it is specific? Because that would suck, the way the lines are its going to be a pain to get them hooked up.
