ebay fmic piping kit

That is the piping that comes with the SSAC/XS Power 1g specific fmic kit. I have noticed a few sellers have been separating the core from the piping.

Look at the SSAC 1g fmic kit, and you will see how those pipes route. If you have a core with the inlet and outlet similar to the core that comes with the SSAC kit, you can use those pipes.

BTW, we have a norcal regional forum, it seems like a lot of the northern california/bay area guys who frequent the site forget that, you missed a good meet that just past, if you already know about it, ignore this message, if not:

I would steer clear personally. I bought a kit that I wound up paying more to have them cut welded and fitted to my car than if I had bought a piping kit from a good company. Also, with these cheap ebay kits the couplers and clamps might not be too strong and not hold up to boost too well.

I'm running a Punishment Racing FMIC without a J-pipe but you can purchase it with a J pipe @ http://www.punishment-racing.com/1gstreetcoreintercoolerkit.html Real nice quality piece and I took some Never Dull and polished my piping and Vola polished look for under $5.00

I bought the ssautochrome kit (2nd gen) and the clamps and pipes work just fine if you have the intercooler to fit up to it. I have been running mine now for like 3000+ miles and no problems yet. I am only running 15lbs of boost till I upgrade the fuel though!!

I dont believe any of the people that have used this kit have run into any problems with clamps or couplers. The only annoying thing about it is having to remove the stock crash bumper because of the way the piping is routed.
