Is a stage 4 clutch ok for a daily driver because my friend wants to get that clutch for his talon because the horsepower rating is 504 hp he also races on the weekends but, that clutch dosen't have any springs in the center hub which means more in likely a hard engagment but, it also a lightweight clutch so, he would like to know is that clutch ok on a daily driver or a bad idea?

You don't want a clutch that is overkill on your car. An unsprung hub is not at all street friendly. Is the car even going to get anywhere near that rating?

This should help explain a lot:

By the way, clutches are rated in torque not horsepower.

ok, I let him know that it would be a bad idea to run a stage 4 as a daily driver. Well, it was on ebay by clutchmaster and it gave hp and torque rating
