2g cas wiring

I recently swapped motors in my car(well installed one in a shell) the CAS on the motor had the plug torn off.....i noticed on the wiring harness for the car both plugs crank, and cas are triangle..would like to know which plugs to the crank......and for the cas what wires go to what? please help last step in the install then have a running car.....knock on wood

On my 95 tsi the cam is rectangular with black, red & blue w/ red stripe.
crank, triangle red black & blue w/ white stripe. Hope it helps

I just finished an engine swap myself and it's really easy to find where are all the plugs go just by seeing "what" reaches "where."

I've got a 1995 TSi... My balance shaft belt just took out my crank shaft position sensor, and those sensors are about 80.00. Having said this I went to my local junkyard (Cookstown Auto Parts) and picked up a CAS from a 94 TSi (1g) for 20.00. I found these instructions on RRE's website, followed them to a tee and the car runs great. I hope this helps, Good luck.
