I just got an engineless 1g AWD and im swapping my 1g FWD engine to it. It was missing the front and rear engine mount brackets (the part that bolts to the frame not the block). I looked at the ones from the FWD and the front one is way different(awd mount goes in the middle of an H shape frame, fwd goes in the middle of a T shape frame) and the rear mount bracket is close but the bolt holes are too far away from eachother. Could someone send me a picture of the front and rear engine mount brackets so I know what they look like. Im probably going to fave to find them at a junkyard. Thanks

Did you get a "rolling shell" without an engine or trans? Or did you get a car that is missing only the engine? I am trying to figure out why you would want FWD instead of AWD when having AWD would be just a little more work and money....

I got an AWD shell w/ a new shortblock. I have a GST with a good engine but no title. So I put the head, accessories, and what not on the new block and put on the AWD tranny. So, its an awd car with a awd engine/tranny but it didnt come with the mounts and the front/rear fwd ones dont fit.
