Need some help from any electrical experts on the wiring of the cooling fan relays.

If I'm reading the diagram correct the relay coils get their positive power feed from the ignition switch circuit (IG2) and not the ECM. So am I correct in thinking that the ground for the relay coils runs through the ECM on pins/wires 20 and 21.
