Can't boost past 15psi?!?

Well I can not get past 15 psi. I did boost leak test and fixed the leaks that I found. I have my mbc installed so the side nipple runs to the external wastegate bottom port. And the bottom of my mbc runs to the compressor housing. Not matter how far I turn the mbc in I still get 15 psi. I have a 9 psi spring in my external gate with 4 shims. Lots what should I check?

Could it be the spring is still not stiff enough to keep it closed? Where can I get turbonetics springs?

I would think that you could get a spring directly from Turbonetics. Is your BOV holding past 15 psi?

your gauge might be bad, mine is and only boosts to 10 even though i know i have 15

Out of curiosity, how do you know you are running 15psi if the gauge says 10?

The place I take my car to says its running 15PSI and my gauge is broken. Sorry should have stated that.
