I have been looking around for a thread about this exhaust but i haven't heard anything. When i searched for ebay catback exhaust alot of other dsm owners all had good things to say about the N1's they are selling but i am not sure about this SR*S catback http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SR-S-CATBACK-EXHAUST-SYSTEM-95-96-97-98-99-ECLIPSE-GST_W0QQitemZ320129674574QQihZ011QQcategoryZ33630QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

It looks nice and everything and im pretty sure like the N1 it is going to have somewhat of an angled exit, but i wanted to see if anybody else has purchased this cat-back. It would be real cool if someone had pictures of the back of their car. ANY help would be cool!

DONT BUY IT!! PLEASE....its not worth it...i actually just bought the same 1 and was a complete waste of money...the inside of the canister is only 1"...Such a power robber...you dont want to choke your motor. im now on a hunt for another exhaust with a true 3" canister..... Leaning towards HKS Carbon-Ti

Well i have a 3" Thermal R&D on there right now, but i hate the sound and look of it..all the piping is perfectly fine with me...I basiclly just want a new tip.. the only reason i bought a whole system is because I figured just a tip wouldnt cut it..but then i found that apexi sells the n1 in just a tip..so im thinkin that!

For the record, the SR*S muffler is a 3" muffler. The baffle however(the part that gives it the deep growl) has a type of insert in it as do Tsudo's, anyways that little part is 2.5" inches and will not alter your flow hardly any. ITs the same size as a tsudo(I have both sitting here). HKS's 75mm doesn't even have a full blown 3" baffle its roughly 2.75"

I have the SR"S system installed in my car now and because it has 2 resanators(sp?) on it is not overly loud like some of the one resanator systems(as tsudo or apexiN1).
Overall with this product I am very pleased(I can feel the performance as it def helps spool time).

i run the Ebay SR*S, 3" catback exhaust with no problems., it has that deep tone, not obnoxious at all. mine came with 2 resonators, so it is extremely quiet. it so easy to install, fits perfect, and it is also ss, i got a deal for $200 shipped.

just my .02

I've been wondering the same thing except mine is a 2g gsx. I've read all the threads and it actually seems like most people are okay with the ebay exhausts. I've heard some people who don't like them like above but the general consensus seems to be that they are ok. Every exhaust i look at on ebay the picture is always the gs-t version. I'm just wondering if anyone has bought one for a gsx? either this one or the option racing system were the ones i was looking at.

You do realize you commented on a two year old thread right?
