As it says i have a 92 NT 2.0, i have the basic upgrades, intake, and 2.5 headers and cat back, the cat is 2.25in right now, i have a 2.5 just havent had time to install it yet. When i first put the catback on my car dindt back fire, but for a year it has gradually gotten worse and for about a month now, if im above 3000rpms and let off the gas it will back fire like a machine gun until i press in the clutch, i checked the bolts on my eghaust but they were all tight. Anyone have any ideas?

Check the gaskets then change out that cat. Could be from going 2.5 > 2.25. Building a bit of back-pressure then having it pushed out by the 2.5 airflow hitting the 2.25. If you did install the gaskets, recheck them and replace w/ felpro or something. Most of the time N/T upgrades don't get much love when you buy exhaust parts they come with really crappy gaskets that will actually burn up and fall apart within 200-300 miles leaving you with massive leaks. It's happened to me twice so far. I'd start with checking the header gasket it's always been my first.
