Oil Cooler Bracket

I need to change my oil cooler because Im getting oil in my coolant. Would I be able to swap only the oil cooler or do I have to swap out the whole engine cooler and oil filter bracket?

You can see the hex head on the center bolt that holds the cooler to the housing. Unthread it and the two come apart.

Overtightening that bolt crushes the oil cooler and allows the oil and coolant to mix.

Be sure to replace the seal and torque it down properly. Otherwise you can bend the sealing surface and it will leak. Also no need to tighten your oil filter down til it won't turn. It will tighten itself a little. I did that once and the stud came out with the filter.
