Ok guys, I recently spun a rod bearing in my '95 7 bolt. It tore up the crank pretty good and I've been told it can't be re-used. I have another 7 bot in the car currently whicj is running terrible compression in one cylinder. This is my only car, so its obviously daily driven. With that being said, I need some opinions on what to do. Should I rebuild the 7 bolt that's in my cr now back to stock to get the compression up? (This requires downtime which makes it a bad choice) Or should I build the spun 7 bolt with a stroker kit, since it needs a new crank anyways? Or should I "build" the 7 bolt currently in my car with forged internals? (I realy don't think it's worth it) I like the added torque from the stroker, plus it includes a new crank which i need to rebuild the spare block anyways, but i dunno if it's worth the $1500+

Let me know what you guys think...

Either build a stroker with the block that has the bad crank or pick up a 4g64 and build it.

I'd like to keep the 4g63... So 2.3L would be the kit I'm looking at, if that makes any difference.
