I drove to class today at 4pm, and my car was running fine. After leaving class at 6pm I went to start it up, and it idled extremely rough no matter how I played with the throttle. Then after a few seconds it just dies, no matter what RPM. I tried playing with my safc, disconnecting my maf, wiggling the transistor pack, wiggling the spark plug wires, wiggling the injectors, and so on.

It's almost idling like it has a blown headgasket or something.

Any ideas on what I can check?? I'm stuck at school.

I have a GM MAF, and everything between that and the TB is good. Everywhere else seems fine as well though.

Question- Should I have fuel pressure at my fuel filter when I have my key turned on, or does the fuel go to pressure once it's running. I do hear the pump though.

If you can, pull the plugs. My GM MAF used to read wacky when it was cold and it's flooded my engine a few times making it stumble, then become impossible to start. If you can't pull the plugs, try unplugging the injectors and starting the car. You may have to crank it a little bit to get the spark to fire. If it does start and runs for a few seconds, it was flooded. Plug the injectors back in and start it up. Blipping the gas when my MAF was reading weird would make it even worse and completely flood it. Depending on how badly it's flooded, there is a chance you could hydralock the motor but it's very slim.

check your timing it could of jumped..that happend to my friend it ran fine for a day seemed like he had IC piping leak turn out his timing jumped

Could just be intermittent. I would still replace it very soon.
