Car starts boggs down then stalls?

Hey guys,
I have been having this problem for about 3 weeks now and it has been getting worse. I will start my car then it boggs down I try to give it gas but it wont respond then stalls. It only happens every now and then, other times it starts right up. I have also noticed a like clicking sound once it turns over possible having to do with my problem? I read an article about cleaning the starter, Thats what I thought it was? My plugs and wires are fine, could it be my timing? Help apreciated

o2 sensor will do that.. I'd start there or boost leaks test.

I have the apexi turbo timer and it has on 02 reading on it, I heard the unit wasnt on the dot but more like in the ball park. It reads 96+ wot. But I will do a boost leak.
