Sounds very similar to the same problem i'm having, and i have just added the same mods as you. I thinks it a boost leak but i could be wrong.

Get a logger to check your afr. I am thinking you have a boost leak. I'm not sure about dsm's but in my 3s we do not reach full boost in first gear, at least once modded.

First order of business...boost leak test.

Common places to leak are mbc's and bov's. I had similar issues when I installed my FMIC this past week. The kit I bought came with a Greddy Type S bov, but the adjustment screw on top was missing and the bov was leaking air through that hole. Once I fixed that, I was still loosing boost. I checked everything (meanwhile I unplugged my mbc) and couldn't find a leak. Later found out it was the mbc leaking!! Now it holds 20psi and just needs a fresh tune.

Ya some time it bogs but im pretty sure its fuel cut or at least thats what it feels like i was also told my fmic is to big for my 14b 12/24/3 is the fmic size about the same size as arctic tsi's my plan is to get a bigger turbo 3t/t4 60 trim or a 18g
