Ok so I recently put in a walbro 255 fuel pump and a greddy turbo timer. I had the same shop do the work that has done everything else to my car. The first time it was dyno'd in october it had 240 whp, (10 PSI boost)not bad numbers, but I wanted more. After the upgrades I mentioned above I had it dyno'd again at 212 whp (15 PSI boost). They guy said that my clutch was slipping really bad. I found this kind of hard to beleive because when I bought the car the kid said the clutch had 1k miles on it. Ive driven it about 3k miles since then. What I have noticed is that when I first drove it, the clutch was hard to push in, and now its really easy to push in. Also it feels like the clutch doesnt disengage all the way sometimes, as ill be at 1200 - 1500 RPMs at idle, and I know that isnt normal. A few months ago (October) I heard a loud bang come from my car after i had shifted into 3rd. Just wondering if this shop is trying to jerk me around? or could my clutch actually be slipping and I need a new one?

You should drop the trans and check for yourself to see if the clutch is bad. You can do it in one day or just take the weekend to do it. Its always better to look at something yourself and than decide whether or not it needs to be done. If nothing else you could post the pics after taking the clutch out and have others look at it and tell you whether or not it looks fried.

Well that could be a problem, I dont really know that much about my car to take it apart like that. I have friends though that could look at it to make sure. The shop is recommending a South Bend clutch. Has anyone heard of this? Is this better or comparable to the ACT 2100?

I'm no expert but there's a reason "everyone else" uses ACT clutch's. Just trying to lighten the mood.

South Bend Clutch is a favorite in the 2gnt community. They have handled the power of my past v8 ventures pretty easily. I recommend them.

Nothing wrong with the tried and true ACT stuff, though. It is your clutch, search for South Bend Clutch here, and do some research.
