i have an oil leak comming from the passenger side of my motor and it looks like its comming out from under my timing cover. i was told that the oil pumps are mechanical and its very unlikely that it would go out so i was wondering if it could be a seal or something like that.. i just replaced the HG cause i thought that was the problem due to low compression in 1 and 3 cylinders now my compression test checks out good across the board but my oil pressure it very high and i have this mysterious leak any help would be Sweet!! i miss drivin my car. :thumb:

now i dont know if the 4g63 is the same in this aspect but i have a leak coming form high up on my timing side and i believe it to be the cam seals. the leak is right by the cam gears. if your leak is ther too , maybe it will be the same??? just trying to help.. hope it does :thumb:
